Me. Haven't been online all day.
But hey, just checked out the SNS aviation forecast (linked handily on the
SJAA weather page) and it has the cloud deck maxing out around 1600 feet by
9 pm. That'd be cool wouldnit?
Noted the OI page has thinned out. I'm heading to the Peak anyway cuz there
are scads of kids coming and Ron Dammann can't quite do everything at once.
We'll just see what we will see.
Piece of astro observer inside gossip today. I had told one of our esteemed
newish smart TACos about Ron up on the Peak calling for help. He wrote back
asking what Ron? Included the name Bhakutsiri on the menu of possibilities.
Whoa boy, Ronbee not being one of the TACos, I will speak. Remember that
guy? There's a name to conjure with, world class noodge, king of the
cross-posters, wielder of the Televue Lightcup. There wasn't an astrolist
where he didn't show up with those whiny notes. A rare bird.
Thank you, I feel much better.
Pleasant evening to one and all, armchair and intrepid,
DDK
