The Water Vapor image shows the Bay Area in a flow of high moisture. This
moisture may not be dense enough to form clouds. The SJC forecast of clear
skies seems to agree with that. The Sacramento ETA model shows many cloudy
areas. The transparency forecast in the 0912 CSC looks grim.

I will make the final decision this afternoon.
