RE: Loaner Telescope Program - question... what 15 scopes?

My 2 cents.. Those 13" coulter light bucket dobs were beastly, but great to
observe with after I had used an 8" for about 2 years, and before I plunged
into a 15".

Here's a thought..

Get an observatory somewhere ... Or..share space w/ FPOA?
Store said telescopes at this location.
Plan observing nights at the location.. Loanee then doesn't need to cart
scope around.
Plus, folks get to observe together!

All that is needed is a decent sized storage locker that can be plopped down
somewhere.

Ok.. It was just a thought... I was imagining folks getting together with
the loaner scopes, etc.
