Who or what moves Fremont Peak Cam so often?

The KSBS webcam on Fremont peak seems to move very frequently.

Today it is looking North-west and Friday or so it was I think South West
I have seen it directly south and so on.

Is it maybe automated or does somebody just move it as they please?
Maybe under control of KSBS people?
