There are plenty of TACos in the East Bay. Gottlieb lives in Albany,
Navarrete over by Mills. Marcus lives near you as well. Doesn't Laflamme
live in Alameda? There are others as well. Once upon a time I taught in El
Sobrante, at Ohlone School right by the reservoir.

As to places to observe, the parking lot at Lawrence is littered with
lights, not ideal by any means. Right off our main observers.org page, now
linked at the very top of the page, check out

Constantly updated, thorough list of good local places to observe. You'll
notice when you start going thru observing reports, and checking the daily
traffic on the list, that folks from the East Bay really like Lake Sonoma.
