New to the list-

 
Hi folks- I just joined this mailing list a few weeks ago, and I am very
much a beginner. I am looking for suggestions for observing sites in the
East Bay. I live in El Sobrante, half way to Orinda. I have been up to
Mt Diablo for a few of the public observing nights, but that obviously
does not work for spur of the moment grab and go expeditions. I was
thinking about the parking lot up at Lawrence Hall of Science, any other
suggestions?
