I believe that the wiki page should be consulted first. If there are
any questions beyond that, I think they should be posted. And if
there is new information in the discussion, it would be prudent to add
it to the wiki page.
Personally, I have no problem discussing anything. But there are more
than a few in the group who do not like to rehash all of this.
