LOL! No... but... the worst, in terms of fear-factor, had to be the old bathroom at Bumpass Hell
Parking lot. Those of you who were there, know.... but for others....
The single room "outhouse" stood at the end of the parking lot, virtually overhanging a precipice
that fell away to the west into the ancient collapsed caldera of Mount Tehama. When you were in
it, it would rock. It was not stable.
At night, men thinking "number one" would face a terrible choice...
If your red flashlight was not on a string, around your neck, you'd have to hold it between your
teeth. Whey? Well, the seat cover (which, btw, was an awful "squishy" type" would not stay in
the upright position - - - it was fall back down to closed position. So, you were faced with the
prospect of using one hand to hold the seat lid up - - - leaning forward to do it, using the other
hand to "aim" - - - the outhouse moving underfoot, while clenching the flashlight 'tween your
teeth, praying you didn't lose your "grip" through nervous excess saliva!
Yep, that one had to be "the worst"....
