Article about observing MW around the horizon

Today's blog on the Planetary Society website links to an article about a
fellow observing the MW from Big Bend NP with the NGP at zenith. that's just
the sort of thing I'd like to do someday. Looks like he got the 'MW wrapping
around the horizon' effect pretty nicely!

We came fairly close to 'SGP at zenith' a few times in Oz, but I can't say
that I've had things work out quite the way the author describes. This is
just the sort of cool thing that I'd like to see:
