Long-time lurker on TAC is interested in selling a Meade LX-90 with UHTC
coatings (but not Level North or GPS). I have since found out I'm a
refractor guy, and no longer use this scope, although I have fond memories
of it, since it was my *first* scope. Scope is in very good shape, with
noticeably less-than-Meade-average focus shift. Points and tracks well.
Included are:

            Meade LX-90, with UHTC

            Autostar controller

            Bob's Knobs, for easy collimation

            Meade 8x50 finder scope

            Meade 12V adapter

            Tripod

2" TeleVue dielectric diagonal, w/ compression ring

2" to 1.25" TeleVue adapter, w/ compression ring

Celestron flexible dew shield

            Meade tripod

Asking $1250 for the above. Also available are some useful options:

Balance kit $30 (almost a necessity if you use 2" EPs)

            Stellarvue RACI finder $40

Feathertouch 2-speed focuser $100 (makes a HUGE difference!)

If interested, please email to feindel1 at Comcast period net for more info.
