Hey, at least it is painless--if you are lucky enough to be at ground zero!
Frankly, I put them at the level of people that cut the heads off of helpless prisoners with a Rambo Knife...and we've all watched that on the 6 O'Clock news. If you believe removing the head off of a living human to be in anyway repugnant or savage, then cutting the heart out of a living person is no diferent. Of course, if you think it is ok then just delete this note ;^) But hey, enough spilled electrons over this.
