Stargazing weather forecast

Maybe many of you already know this but I just noticed that Accuweather
includes a "stargazing conditions" link when you pull a report from a
given place. At least it did when I pulled the forecast for Sunnyvale.

Ok, we know how weather forecast works around the area (don't know a
thing until a few hours before it's "time") and the reports don't differ
much from the "regular" ones, but I found it interesting to say the least:
