some pictures cropped, no other editing. except, the widefield 'astro'

photos at the end, I boosted their gamma a fair amount to bring out the
milky way. I wanna do more tweaking. they were shot with a SLR on a
camera tripod, 15 or 30 seconds at f/2.8 with ISO400 and a 20mm lens,
saturday night about 1am.

had a great time. first two nights were pretty mediochre, last night
was excellent. GSSP was, imho, a huge success, and I hope we can go
to many more. site and hosts were fantastic, the whole Modoc area is
great.

only downside was the $300+ in gas I burned going up there, exploring,
and returning. eeek.
