I have changed the Navigation Bar on the top of TAC's web-page to include an "Updated" date under
the "Announcements" link. In Announcements, there is now a section that will show a history by
date of what is new on TAC.
This is intended to primarily help TACos who are not receiving e-mails from our mailing list keep
up on new observing reports, new images of the day, or other web-site changes/additions.
