With the weather the way it's been, and the Moon full, today's
picture still lets you practice the fine art of star-hopping.
I looked for Messier objects around Big Dipper in
http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/image/0603/bigdipper_carboni_f.jpg
and found Ms 108, 109, 51 (Whirlpool). 106, 94, 63, and 40 (the
Dubious Double), but even averted vision failed in bagging 97
(Owl) and 101. Can see other galaxies there as well.
