Used ones turn up quite regularly.

I've owned four AP scopes and none were new when I bought them but all
worked great. I trimmed down the inventory to my current two "keepers": the
155f/7 and the 180f/9

My view is that if you want a fast 4" for imaging, you simply cannot beat
the FSQ106 from Takahashi. After comparing it time and again with my AP
Traveler, I ended up keeping the FSQ and selling the Traveler. Never looked
back either.
