Just noticed that Saturday's LPOD by Chuck Wood was the same very
unusual lunar crater combination I mentioned at the end of March,
shortly before leaving for Australia (Heraclitus/Licetus/Cuvier).
The LPOD image is much nicer than any of the ones I found (compare
the image at http://www.lpod.org/LPOD-2005-04-16.htm to the links in
http://observers.org/tac.mailing.list/2005/Apr/0531.html).
Wood also favors a very low angle impact crater to make the
elongated central ridge of Heraclitus, and includes a link to
Schiller.
