You can always observe at the SW Parking Lot up at the Peak by notifying the
CA Parks rangers about your Observing Intent 24 hrs. ahead of time, like the
rest of us are doing. Go to: Observers.org/Observing Sites/Fremont Peak
links and use those contact email addresses to notify the rangers. That's
all!
As to FPOA membership, contact Ron Dammann at: ron.dammann@No-Spam and ask
him to email you back a few electronic files (Word and PDFs) for you to fill
out and mail back with your membership dues.
