Cirrus here and there until 10:30 when I left, but still plenty of sky. Impenetrable muck to 30 deg. above horizon in the north, the usual skyglow.
Seeing was really good early on, 7-8/10 for me, but I had a dinky scope. Some folks just split Sirius when the seeing was good in the dark part of the sky.
Dampish but not on the optics. Not too cold either.
