Advance Notice to Observe

Thanks for all the responses to my post regarding having to provide 24-hour to 48-hour advance notice in order to observe. The info flow shows the value of an email list like TAC. From what I gather, Coyote & Henry Coe are the places where one can observe without having given advanced notice. Del Valle sounds like a possibility as well if you are a permittee--and it is relatively close to Alameda (where I live). I'll have to use one of these cloudy weekends to scout out these locations.
 
Hopefully I'll be in town and have an open schedule when the next clear moonless night comes around. That would be nice. I'm afraid my SCT might be gettng cobwebs in its OTA!
