Sitting in an internet cafe in La Serena, decided to check e-mail and send
a short note. Megallanic Clouds are beautiful naked eye. Eta Carina in a
12 inch LX-200 at an new observatory at 5000 feet, the Tarantula stole the
show. Globs kick *ss on what we have back in the northern hemisphere.
Tomorrow a tour of La Silla, observing tonight with some locals.
