Shahin,
The 8" is a bit more portable, but the eyepiece heights on the XT6,
XT8, and XT10 are nearly identical (the bigger scopes have shorter focal
ratios).
I have an older XT6 I picked up on sale a while back - wonderful scope for
quick looks, and surprisingly good optics. The XT8 scopes I've had a chance
to use were just as good. I don't think you'd be disappointed with either.
The XT10 is just enough heavier and bulkier that it's not quite a "quick
look" scope, at least for me, but it's about as small and light as you're
going to find commercially available anywhere near this price point.
Clear skies,
Dana
