>I'm curious about Jamie's scope's name. Is it after The Cat, Unger, or what?
All 3.
a) our first scope, ole now-retired #32 from SJAA, an 8" f/6, we
dubbed Oscar. Useful while not fastidious. Then we got a very exact
scope, sure enough Felix.
b) black and sly and resourceful, just like Felix the Cat.
"Felix the Cat, the wunnerful wunnerful cat.
Whenever he gets in a fix,
he reaches into his bag of tricks ..."
c) thirdly, "felix" means "happy" in Latin. Certainly a source of
great happiness. Definitely had beginner's luck scoring a first scope.
