Aha! A question I have previously considered and planned for.

If I had only 20 minutes... this is what I would start with.

    In order of importance:
     - My dogs
     - My emergency preparedness kit (includes clothing, bedding, and food
for three days and CD backups of my finances)
     - My grandfather's Sears smoothing plane.
     - My musical instruments
     - Laptop computer
     - Telescope design drawings
     - File cabinet (more financial records and family photos).
     - Whatever scopes I could throw in.

That would take 10 minutes so I could do a frantic search for things that
    I've not otherwise considered.
