Boy is it dark here. The storm clouds have split in standard form... some
going north and some to the south. The sky has opened up and is ablaze with
the winter stars. A good fog in the valley is blocking any light coming
from the central valley (which is normally minimal). Seeing is good.
Transparency excellent. The planets tonight were stunning.

For those of you coming up tonight (Friday) and tomorrow night be advised
that we are in the low 30's for temps. We do have a place to get warm. But
to be comfortable viewing, make sure you have warm clothing.

Also bring a hair dryer if you don't have heaters. We've got extension
cords to keep you going. The humidity is high in the early evening and your
    optics will dew up.

    Michelle
