hah. ultra-conservative self-serving moneybags like this guy, who's ONLY
real interest in this project is increasing his own net worth by turning his
Patterson ranch lands into lucrative housing tracts, aren't even REMOTELY
interested in public transportation, they couldn't stand the thought of
having to look the public in the eye.

I looked at the terrain this route would encompass. they might as well
propose a TUNNEL from Patterson to Milpitas. 6 miles north of Lick, its a
gnarly MESS of unstable ridges.
