Yes... it is the outlaw faction of what was TAC. TAC has become
wussy. Anti-TAC is here now, alive and well at Coe. Guerilla astronomy
with gorilla mentality. In touch with nature, not bureaucracy or other
monkey business. We go where the stars are not governed by rules, special
exceptions or gates.
Fact is, the only problems I was ever aware of at the Peak were during the
period when there was no resident ranger.
Otherwise, it seems to have been a very well behaved place.
