Yes, we pay day use fees to use the park. Although it is arguable that
such fees are a tax imposed on what we already pay taxes for.
So now, in addition to a park use fee, there should be an additional fee to
use a observing pad?
Are pay toilets next? ;-)
What about a fee to look at the view of the ocean.... someone needs to do
maintenance to keep the tree branches from interfering with the views, right?
