Perhaps, Coe doesn't have the popularity with cruisers that the Peak has.
The SW parking lot has a better sunset view that Coe, plus the short hike up
to the Peak itself is fun for many. The Peak is lot more visible to te
surrounding area than Coe. You can't see Coe from down below on 101. The
drive up to Coe takes longer than up to the Peak.
