Mark,

The astronomy "exemption" clause that allows us free access to astronomy in
designated areas up on the Peak anytime is written down and mandated by the
Monterey District. All current and future Rangers have to observe this
clause. We have that for sure.

The only questions now lay inside passed the Ranger's gate and how the
concessionaire (quite possible the FPOA) will be governing itself and
handling the observing pads. That's no biggie! We'll get access to the pads
for sure.
