This sounds exactly like the situation we had when Ranger Rick was at the
Peak. Actually, the situation with the Rangers before Rick showed up.
Perhaps the problems we had after Rick left were an aberration. If I recall
correctly, the ranger after Rick was also rather nice, and was very welcoming
of the astronomers. It was the guy after that that gave us grief. I would
feel comfortable going to the Peak under the current arrangements, although
Coe really does have much better horizons, and much less problems with after
dark cruisers.
