Rich,

As I explained in my report, we have all the written privileges that day
visitors and campers have inside of the Park including one more advantage--a
written "exemption" clause that allows us to remain inside the Park's
parking areas to do astronomy during the daytime and all night long. As long
as we don't block roadways accessing these parking areas, or the observing
pads, we're OK. The FPOA has no effect on us in our presence on Fremont Peak
to do astronomy. They are subject to their own policy requirements by the
Park, and District, just as we are. The Park administrates everything.
