Due to a communication problem over the weekend, there is a change in the
mailing list administrator position.

Albert Highe will be mailing list admin for the next year.

James Turley will follow Albert in the position beginning February 2004.

I believe some e-mail sent to me never arrived, and was the cause of this
confusion. However, it has all been sorted out to the satisfaction of all
parties.

Meantime, James will serve as Albert's backup.

Thanks to both James and Albert for their good nature and understanding.
