Based on this morning's NWS discussion, there is a high velocity jet
stream that is moving over the bay area today. Although skies should
be clear by tonight, the jet will still be close enough to the area
that seeing will probably be below average. High pressure is then
supposed to build both tonight and Sunday, and the jet stream moves
further out of the area by tomorrow. Since I will only get one chance
to observe this weekend, I have decided to head out Sunday night
instead.
