Well NWS changed its mind again. If you are in San Jose and look out the
window you can see what I mean.

I was hoping for good weather tonight as well. Sadly that does not look
like what is going to happen. The aviation forecast is updated more often
than the civilian forecast and the CSC. This is the Salinas aviation
forecast

The forecast for this evening is for two cloud layers SCT (3/8 - 4/8
covered) at 03000 feet and BKN (5/8-7/8) at 06000 feet. That does not
include any cloud cap on FP.
The San Jose (SJC) and Monterey (MRY) forecasts are worse. They are calling
for mist.
