I just called the CLP park office and managed to get a ranger. The boat ramp is open tonight and apparently, it's been pretty dry up there so he hasn't seen any ice - regardless, he's urging caution when driving in the park nonetheless (of course). Anyone else other than Lance and I heading up there tonight?
