So Bobby C. got an Acme Rocket Sled, and the Moody Canadian got a set
of letters, with one letter wrong.
As to the Acme item, what do brakes matter to ole Leadfoot MP-fodder
Czerwinski? Forge ahead, dude!
St Nick brought me a copy of Brent Archinal and Steven Hynes' book,
Star Clusters, that's been the topic of excited anticipatory
conversation on amastro for years. Oooh, what a book, packed with all
kinds of fascinating information from a couple of those rare types
who are professional astronomers and observers both. Plus, the old
saint brought an Orion Ultrablock, cool in the midst of me finding
out there are all these great emission nebulae thrown across the sky.
Liam got a lava lamp that he really wanted, and a Vectron, this great
toy. It's a wireless remote control flying saucer that hovers all
around the room. Totally B-movie. Both of these are cosmic presents,
no? Both Jo and Liam are tickled with their new HP red LED key fobs.
Warm and merry to all!
Jamie
