Access is the same. The weather has been the culprit. Like all other sites
in the area, rain and cloudy skies have largely coincided with New Moon
periods this winter. During those few spells when the sky was reasonably
clear, the Central Valley and Dino have been unusually humid, foggy, and
dewy. This has been a big disappointment compared to recent years when
we've had some great times there.
