Got a call at 0345 this morning from an Officer Titus, who was
looking at Annie Jump in the street. Smart cop, had the hotsheet of
stolen cars in his head as he was patrolling. She's in the shop
getting a going over with the electrical, the buggers cut a lot of
wires pulling the stereo out, but the van's otherwise intact, and our
winter coats were there, along with my good spare glasses and the
observing chair. No exterior damage.
Unbelievable, sure didn't expect to see the van again. Big relief,
and the fixup won't be too complicated. Yes we're covered on
insurance for stereo and towing.
Apparently TACos prayers are highly effective. We'll have to get you
folks onto world peace next. Certainly, thanks for all the good
wishes, guys!
