There are some human interface aspects of it I do not like, but the program is very good overall from my perspective and serves a central role in my tools arsenal I use for imaging. In short I find it quite usable and I do sometimes go after things very very faint.
An example of a faint one is Sharpless 2-129 alongside Van den Bergh 140:
Halpha

I think the chop between the two objects would be pretty darn hard to see visually.

Yes, I certainly grumble about the database accuracy of _TheSky_, but like
Mark Wagner, I love the program.
