representative to act as a liaison between the Company, our telescope
vendors, and customers. In this position, our liaison will process and
monitor special orders for telescopes and accessories, and communicate
with
vendors and customers on related issues. In addition, the liaison will
gather information on celestial events and write regularly scheduled
newsletters, and assist with the development and implementation of
training
materials.
Candidates must posses excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and
presentation skills. This position requires strong problem solving
abilities, proficiency in Excel, and knowledge of and interest in
telescopes. 2-3 years minimum retail or customer service experience.
Minimal
travel may be required. A cover letter detailing your knowledge of
