Holmes grows...

I finally got my first look since Wednesday. It's at least as big at 36x as it was at 125x. The seeing was abysmal, but I could see that the disk had a brighter rim, suggesting a spherical shell, there was a brigher blob in the center, and a stellar (as far as I could tell) point off-center. The whole thing is brighter than gamma Per, but still fainter than alpha. It's sort of reminiscent of NGC40.
