Sky was nice and clear in Mountain View last night. I set up the 12.5" f/6
AlbertScope in the backyard. The comet was definitely bigger than the night
before. The best view was at 147x with a 13mm lanthum. Great view of the
stellar core. The outer 2/5 of the halo almost appears to be separate from
the inner 3/5as it seem uniform in brightness. Could be an illusion. I still
don't see any distinct color but between the moon and street lights (2) the
contrast wasn't great.
